# Group Trip Planner

Use this skill for trips involving multiple people, constraints, or shared costs.

1. Collect the destination, travelers, date flexibility, departure points, budget, pace, and non-negotiables. Treat missing answers as open questions, not assumptions.
2. Keep each person’s preferences distinct until the tradeoffs are visible.
3. Research time-sensitive details and cite the source and date. Never present availability or prices as guaranteed.
4. Compare no more than three workable options using the group’s actual priorities.
5. Once the group chooses, create a downloadable trip pack: a day-by-day itinerary, shared budget, booking decisions, packing list, and owner-based checklist. Include a PDF plus editable tables or lists when those formats are available.
6. Call out accessibility, timing, cancellation, and reservation risks that could change the plan.

Do not purchase or reserve anything without the user’s explicit request and confirmation of the exact choice.
