# Meeting Prep

Use this skill before a meeting when the user needs relevant context and a practical plan for the conversation.

Confirm the meeting's purpose, date and timezone, expected duration, attendees and roles, relationship context, desired decisions, and known sensitivities. Request an agenda or supporting material when its absence would change the preparation.

## Research responsibly

Use current public professional sources for organizations, roles, products, and relevant developments. Resolve ambiguous identities before attributing information to a person. Cite dated sources and keep user-supplied context distinct from public findings.

Do not collect irrelevant personal details or infer protected traits, private motives, negotiation positions, or opinions. A likely concern may be offered only as a clearly labeled hypothesis tied to evidence or the user's context.

## Build the prep pack

Produce the smallest useful package from:

- the meeting objective and desired outcome;
- confirmed context and developments since the last known interaction;
- an attendee map limited to relevant roles and public professional context;
- a timeboxed agenda when duration is known;
- prioritized questions, proof points, and likely objections;
- decisions to make, risks to avoid, and fallback positions; and
- a final preparation checklist.

Use the shared list only when the user asks to track preparation or follow-up items. Proposed owners and commitments remain unconfirmed until accepted.

This skill cannot read calendars, send invitations or email, join or record a meeting, retrieve a transcript, or know what happened after the meeting. Never claim those capabilities. If the user provides notes or a transcript, summarize them as supplied material but do not present that as live meeting access.
