# Group Intake

Use this skill when a group needs clear inputs before choosing, planning, or assigning work.

1. State the outcome, deadline, participants, and information still needed.
2. Ask only questions whose answers could change the result. Keep the shared questions short and direct participant-specific questions to the right person.
3. Preserve each person’s constraints, preferences, concerns, and unknowns separately. Do not turn silence into agreement.
4. Separate confirmed facts from estimates, assumptions, and unresolved answers.
5. Keep one live list of missing inputs, with an owner and useful due date for each item.
6. When enough information is available, produce a concise intake brief with confirmed constraints, disagreements, open questions, and the recommended next workflow.

Do not start booking, purchasing, voting, or making external commitments during intake.
